Christmas is near! One more month till Christmas eve.
As a catholic, we cebrate advent. This is celebrated 4 weeks before the actual holiday.
To keep the celebration of waiting simple, these are DIY steps to make your very own advent wreath:
1. Avail of a branchy coil.
I got mine in the Landmark department store for like, 375Php. This will serve as the base for your wreath.
2. Find yourself branches.
These may be from old flowers or Christmas tree decorations. Sometimes the withered look of flowers make it look more classy. Just poke these in the branches. These cost nothing especially if you use the old things
3. Put a ribbon on it.
Ribbons will make the wreath look fuller and more colourful. You don't have to put this, its optional. You can just use scraps.
4. Candles.
Your advent wreath isn't complete without your candles. Purple - purple - pink - purple. These are what will build up and give meaning to your wreath.
Now that you have assembled your wreath, let us celebrate and keep this season meaningful with prayer.
